We are thrilled to announce that Krysta Grangeno, M.S., has joined Limitless Horizons Consulting (LHC) as the organization’s first Senior Consultant. Krysta brings a wealth of experience in nonprofit leadership, systems change, and strategic consulting, enhancing our team’s capacity to deliver even more exceptional services to our clients.

Krysta’s expertise spans across strategic planning, organizational development, and program management, all of which perfectly align with LHC’s mission of helping community leaders achieve their goals. With over a decade of leadership experience, Krysta has demonstrated her ability to transform organizations through human-centered design and a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Notably, she has overseen multimillion-dollar contracts, rebuilt programs from the ground up, and successfully developed systems to ensure sustainable growth.

At LHC, Krysta will lead the company’s grants portfolio, and work closely with client engagement teams to offer expert insights in areas such as framing issues, optimizing processes, and navigating complex issues. Her role is pivotal to our ability to better serve our clients by offering tailored strategies for growth and improvement. She will also play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining client relationships, as well as expanding our service offerings.

Krysta’s experience speaks for itself: from her tenure as the Operations and Well-Being Director at United 4 Children to her work as the Family Partnership Director at SouthSide Early Childhood Center, she has a track record of success in leadership roles, which has directly contributed to the development of sustainable and equitable infrastructures.

We are particularly excited about the dynamic projects that Krysta will spearhead, including building professional development services for managers and directors, leading large-scale strategic initiatives, leading LHC’s grants portfolio, and continuing to develop her reputation as a subject matter expert through blogs, webinars, and professional development activities. Her hands-on approach and strategic vision will further enhance our ability to support clients in achieving meaningful systems change.
