Andrew Shaughnessy receives Robert L. Northcutt Award from Missouri Public Health Association

In honor of significantly advancing public health legislation, the Missouri Public Health Association has honored Andrew Shaughnessy, Owner & Principal of Limitless Horizons Consulting LLC with the Robert Northcutt Award.

Andrew is being recognized as, “an individual who significantly advanced legislation to improve the public health of the citizens of Missouri.” 

“Mr. Shaughnessy has worked tirelessly advocating for policies and advancing programs that have positively impacted the health and well-being of Missouri’s most vulnerable. Most recently, his work to advance the successful Medicaid expansion ballot initiative propelled him to being an advocate worth nominating for this award.” said the Missouri Public Health Association.

Continuing the Missouri Public Health Association said, “His work in building the most diverse coalition seen in support of a ballot initiative and for partnering with the business community, faith, philanthropy, hospitals and multiple associations is remarkable.”
