Limitless Horizons is honored to partner with the Missouri MOMNIBUS Coalition to support and strengthen its work advancing black maternal health equity across the state.
The Missouri MOMNIBUS Coalition brings together advocates, healthcare providers, and community leaders committed to improving outcomes for Black birthing people and families in Missouri. Through policy, partnership, and community-driven solutions, the coalition is working to address longstanding inequities in maternal health and ensure that every birthing person is respected, supported, and able to thrive.
Supporting a Statewide Coalition for Black Maternal Health Equity
As part of this collaboration, Limitless Horizons will serve as the coalition’s Project Management partner and backbone, supporting day-to-day operations, strengthening infrastructure, and helping the coalition grow in ways that remain grounded in its values and community leadership.
Over the next year, Limitless Horizons will work alongside coalition partners—including Generate Health STL and Planned Parenthood Great Rivers—to support coordination, facilitation, and strategic alignment across the coalition.
This work will focus on:
- Strengthening coalition infrastructure and sustainability
- Expanding statewide partnerships and engagement
- Supporting equitable participation for community-based organizations
- Building systems that center Black birthing people and lived experience
Centering Community Leadership and Black Maternal Health
At the heart of this effort is a commitment to ensuring that the coalition remains community-led and equity-centered.

Strengthening Coalition Infrastructure for Long-Term Impact
Lakesha Robinson, Senior Consultant at Limitless Horizons and Lead Consultant for this work, will guide day-to-day coalition operations, bringing a relational and equity-centered approach to facilitation, partnership development, and community engagement.
“This is about creating the conditions for collective impact and systems change,” said Robinson. “Our role is to support the coalition in moving forward with clarity, trust, and shared ownership, so that partners across Missouri can continue to drive meaningful systems change together.”
By strengthening coalition infrastructure, communication systems, and shared decision-making practices, this partnership will help position the Missouri MOMNIBUS Coalition for continued growth and statewide impact.
